Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the New York City area seeks a Sr. Solutions Engineer - Enterprise to collaborate with account teams, assess data center environments, and design tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business goals.

You will own the pre‑sales lifecycle, build OEM and partner relationships, train sales teams and customers, deliver demos and workshops, mentor junior engineers, and drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events.
• Advanced certifications in one or more listed technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to lead technical discovery and assess customer environments.
• Design, present, and refine tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with goals.
• Own the technical pre-sales lifecycle, including solution design and validations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs and technology partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and lead technical enablement for sales teams.
• Drive pipeline growth by identifying and advancing opportunities with account teams.
• Deliver solution presentations, demos, and technical workshops for customers.
