Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical lifecycle for our most complex enterprise opportunities. You will align technical solutions with business outcomes, quantify ROI, and bridge developer workflows with executive priorities to demonstrate Snyk's value across AMER accounts.

In this role, you will architect strategic engagements, drive value realization, and expand Snyk’s footprint through cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling into/ partnering with IT Security within large organizations.
• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering (or comparable technical role) on $1M+ opportunities.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC framework is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with exec leadership.
• Deep technical understanding of SDLC, cloud-native architectures & modern DevOps.
• Experience with Financial and Insurance sectors.
• Background in Value Engineering; ability to translate data into ROI narratives.
• Bias for action; able to architect solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect Technical Strategy: co-lead the sales strategy for enterprise opportunities, owning the technical narrative from discovery to validation.
• Engineer Business Value: define North Star security goals and map Snyk capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Quantify Economic Impact: build ROI and TCO models for C-suite buy-in.
• Drive Strategic Engagement: present Snyk value to CISOs, CTOs, and Distinguished Engineers.
• Execute Land & Expand: identify and grow secondary value streams within the account.
• Influence the Product Ecosystem: liaise between customers and Snyk's Engineering and Product teams.
