Job summary
Zip is seeking a Solutions Director to lead the most complex enterprise implementations. You will serve as executive sponsor, navigate Fortune 500 deployments, and partner with C-suite stakeholders to ensure value and risk management.
You will define scalable methodologies, drive governance, and mentor senior teams while aligning with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence product roadmaps and delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise software implementation or related field.
- 4+ years in senior leadership at a SaaS or B2B company.
- Proven multi-workstream deployment success at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise deployments as executive sponsor.
- Define scalable implementation strategy and playbooks.
- Mentor senior managers and solutions architects.
- Align with Sales, Product, Engineering, and CS on roadmaps.
