Job summary

Zip is seeking a Solutions Director to act as a senior implementation leader within our Solution Consulting organization. You will own execution for strategic, global, and highly complex enterprise deployments, working with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.

You will define scalable implementation playbooks, mentor Senior Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects, and partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate learnings into product roadmap inputs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software implementation
• At least 4+ years in a senior leadership role at a SaaS or B2B company
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-workstream deployments
• Track record scaling professional services teams
• Strong mentorship and leadership development
• Familiarity with procurement, finance, AP automation, or supply chain workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead our most complex projects as Executive Sponsor on strategic deployments
• Define implementation strategy and playbooks for scalable delivery
• Drive leadership development and mentor senior managers and architects
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success
• Establish governance and quality standards to ensure CSAT and NRR
