Zip is seeking a Solutions Director to lead our most strategic enterprise implementations. You will act as the executive sponsor, shaping delivery for Fortune 500 deployments, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on roadmap inputs.

You’ll mentor Senior Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects, refining methodologies and governance to scale with hyper-growth, while driving a high-performance, collaborative culture at Zip.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software implementation or consulting, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-workstream deployments for large enterprises (ERP integrations, global rollouts).
• Proven track record scaling professional services or implementation teams with robust methodologies, playbooks, and KPIs.
• Strong mentorship and leadership development skills, coaching senior contributors to strategic advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead our most complex projects as Executive Sponsor for strategic, Fortune 500 deployments.
• Define implementation strategy and playbooks to standardize delivery while maintaining flexibility.
• Drive leadership development by mentoring senior managers and architects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate learnings into roadmap inputs and pre-sales improvements.
• Establish governance and quality standards to ensure CSAT and net revenue retention.
