Job summary

Nash is seeking a Senior Customer Success/ Solutions Consultant in Australia (ANZ) to own two to three enterprise accounts, from discovery to go‑live and ongoing adoption. The role sits in Sydney, hybrid, with travel across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll bridge sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful deployments and renewals. You’ll design technical approaches, run pilots, and manage the adoption journey, while building durable relationships with executives and operators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics.
• Experience managing large, complex customer relationships with commercial outcomes.
• Technical capability to run design, discovery, and integration discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and design for enterprise accounts across ANZ.
• Lead launches from signature to steady state with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage book, health of accounts, and renewal conversations with sales.
• Feed the product roadmap with account insights and requests.
