Job summary

Harvey seeks a Senior Solution Architect to join the Solutions Architecture team in Sydney. This role acts as the technical bridge between product capabilities and enterprise client needs across APAC, translating AI concepts into clear business value for buyers.

Work with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy and demonstrate platform capabilities to enterprise clients. The role drives technical discovery, solution scoping, and product demonstrations that

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting in B2B SaaS.
Strong experience with APIs, security, cloud architecture, and integrations.
Proven ability to engage with enterprise clients and align solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients across APAC.
Scope solutions and drive platform adoption with Account Executives.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Serve as primary technical contact for customers on APIs, security, and integration.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate feedback into improvements.
