Nash Delivery Technologies Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Success / Solutions Consultant for ANZ. You will own several enterprise accounts, lead technical discovery with engineering, and run launches from contract to steady state across Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Sydney with hybrid work and travel, you will manage adoption, performance, and renewals while collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape Nash's roadmap and ensure successful deployments for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics.
• Managed large, complex relationships with renewals, renegotiations, expansions, or major implementations.
• Technically capable: lead discovery with engineering, define integration approach, write basic SQL, troubleshoot configuration.
• Comfortable in technical detail and able to explain delivery metrics to executives.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and ability to operate with ambiguity.
