The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in pre-sales consulting, a strong interest in AI, and the ability to design technical solutions that meet customer needs. Remote work is allowed, with a preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales/solutions consulting role.
• Hands-on exposure to ITSM and enterprise AI preferred.
• Experience running competitive displacement deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for large enterprise sales opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations connecting customer challenges to outcomes.
• Design technical solutions to address prospect needs.

Skills

10+ years of experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting

Hands-on exposure to ITSM

Designing end-to-end AI-powered workflows

Familiarity with MCP or similar integration frameworks
