Job summary

A modern service management platform provider is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join their team in Palo Alto. This hybrid role requires 5+ years of pre-sales consulting experience and knowledge of ITSM and enterprise AI. The candidate will provide technical support to sales teams and lead workshops.   • Hands-on knowledge of ITSM, enterprise automation, and enterprise AI is preferred.
  • Proficiency with the Atomicwork platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutions.
  • Experience with territory management and pipeline development.
  • Collaborates with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to sales teams and clients throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert for the Employee Workflows product suite.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate solutions.
  • Address product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and Atomicwork colleagues.
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for the roadmap and outcome agreement.
  • Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that could add value and better meet customer needs.

Skills
