Job summary

Acclaro is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge pre-sales engineering and solutions architecture for our largest enterprise accounts. You will design end-to-end workflows, build proofs of concept, and demonstrate measurable outcomes that accelerate client growth.

You’ll work with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering, reporting to the VP of Sales, and balance technical rigor with clear business value for senior client leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in localization engineering, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to align Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering.
• Comfortable handling complex enterprise procurement and IT security discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to automate manual processes.
• Clear understanding of content intelligence and selling solutions that prove value.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority in the sales cycle for Strategic Accounts and teams.
• Lead requirements workshops to define integration points and data models.
• Design end-to-end workflows linking TMS, Acclaro, CMS, DMS, and core platforms.
• Build proofs of concept to validate solutions and win client buy-in.
• Deploy content intelligence workflows with AI and human-in-the-loop feedback.
• Translate complex architectures into compelling business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Operations to ensure viable handover.
• Automate QA gates and remove bottlenecks in the content lifecycle.
