Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Experience Architect to design enterprise solutions on the Salesforce Delivery Methodology, integrating Slack and Slack AI capabilities for enterprise deployments. You will shape the right solution across Discover, Define, and Design stages, balancing customer needs with platform capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with Delivery Managers and Technical Architects, lead design workshops, and ensure scalable, reusable design patterns across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of solution design, architecture, or technical consulting experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI product capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills for translating design decisions to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with integration patterns and API-based architecture.
• A collaborative mindset to partner with managers, architects, and customers.
• Natural curiosity and willingness to share design patterns and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.
• Evaluate Slack/Slack AI capabilities versus custom configuration for viable paths.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and customers to align scope and timeline.
• Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, specs, and configuration workbooks.
• Lead design workshops and drive trade-off discussions for a validated solution.
• Identify and surface design risks; collaborate to mitigate before impact.
• Improve design practices and reusable patterns with AI-native tooling.
• Identify integration points with Salesforce products and design cross-cloud solutions.
