Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Experience Architect to join the Solution Design team and help deliver enterprise customer implementations worldwide. You will design, validate, and document solutions across use cases, teams, and geographies—balancing customer needs, platform capabilities, and delivery feasibility to unlock Slack AI value.

The role requires 8–10+ years in solution design or architecture, hands-on API integration experience, and a collaborative mindset to partner with Delivery Managers

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in solution design, architecture, or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.
• Evaluate Slack/Slack AI capabilities versus custom configuration to keep solutions simple.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and stakeholders to align design with scope and timeline.
• Produce and maintain solution design artifacts — architecture diagrams, functional specs, configuration workbooks.
