Elastic is seeking an experienced Regional Services Partner to lead the Enterprise Sector Services business in the EMEA Central region. You will drive services bookings growth across federal, state, and regulated public institutions while ensuring successful execution of a portfolio of complex engagements.

Reporting to the Regional Services Leader, you will partner closely with Enterprise Sector Account Executives, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Customer Success to define and execute

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve Services bookings and revenue targets.
• Build and execute a territory services strategy aligned with account plans and long-term adoption objectives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and proactively manage pipeline gaps.
• Lead the services bid and negotiation lifecycle, including scope, pricing, contract structures, and deliverables.
• Drive discovery and shape outcome-oriented services offerings.
