Job summary

11:11 Systems seeks an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead technical service delivery on large accounts, directing design, implementation, and lifecycle management of our solutions across production and recovery environments.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with executives, translate business needs into action, and drive governance, change, and vendor processes while identifying sales opportunities to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional IT experience with at least 3 years in an Enterprise-focused TAM/solution architecture/customer-facing service delivery role.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ITILv3, TOGAF, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, storage, and multi-tier app architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical service delivery on large, complex accounts.
• Direct design, implementation, and lifecycle management of solutions across production and recovery environments.
• Act as trusted advisor to translate business needs into actionable technology plans.
• Manage governance, change, incident, and vendor management processes.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and pursue renewals and expansions.
