Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, program delivery, or pre-sales roles within enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with Enterprise & Public Sector organizations.
• Proven ability to own services bookings targets, forecast, and negotiate complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve Services bookings and revenue targets.
• Build and execute a territory services strategy aligned with account plans and long-term adoption objectives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and proactively manage pipeline gaps.
• Lead the services bid and negotiation lifecycle, including scope, pricing, contract structures, and deliverables.
• Drive discovery and shape outcome-oriented services offerings.
• Develop statements of work tied to measurable milestones and business outcomes.
• Position Elastic Services as a strategic enabler for transformation initiatives within Enterprise & Public Sector organizations.
• Oversee a portfolio of engagements, ensuring delivery within cost, margin, and customer satisfaction expectations.
• Provide governance for strategic accounts, managing escalations and aligning Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, facilitate steering meetings, and ensure structured reporting and change management.
• Act as a strategic advisor, aligning Elastic Services to customer mission objectives and regulatory constraints.
• Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Partner teams.
