Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Security Sales Specialist to lead security-related enterprise deals from discovery to close. This remote US-based role partners with enterprise account teams and channel stakeholders to drive new logos and accelerate complex opportunities.

You will present security solutions to CISOs and security leaders, stay ahead of market trends, and collaborate across teams to optimize deal strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of security sales experience targeting CISO and SecOps buyers.
• Proven track record of co-selling in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of partner and channel sales dynamics.
• Familiarity with modern security solutions such as SIEM and CSPM.
• Excellent relationship-building with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for the company's security products.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to support new logo acquisition.
• Drive the security sales cycle from discovery through technical close.
• Present security solutions to security leaders and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partner and alliance teams.
• Co-sell with account teams and partners to strengthen deal strategy.
• Stay current on security trends and competitive offerings.
