Rubrik seeks a Senior Manager to oversee the Enterprise Security services function. You will ensure corporate IT technologies meet top security standards and partner with stakeholders to improve security across SaaS applications, endpoints, networks, and data governance.

You will lead security policy management, work with SOC on threats, and drive remediation of critical vulnerabilities using AI tools to enhance team efficiency. Strong leadership and cloud security experience required.

Formación

• 5+ years of management experience in security teams.
• Hands-on enterprise security experience across Windows, MacOS, Okta, and cloud.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple business units.
• Experience deploying security controls at scale and evaluating policies.

Responsabilidades

• Design and enforce security standards across identity, endpoints, and business apps.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve security posture of enterprise applications.
• Manage security policies within IT management systems and monitoring tools.
• Lead remediation of vulnerabilities and monitor detection of IOC’s.
