Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Security services function, ensuring corporate IT technologies meet the highest security standards. You will partner across the business to strengthen security of SaaS apps, integrations, identity, access, and endpoints while auditing for compliance with enterprise standards.

This role involves shaping security policies, coordinating with IT, Security operations, and governance teams, and advancing monitoring, alerting, and remediation

Qualificações

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Hands-on in Windows, Mac, Okta, and cloud infra.
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO27001, FedRAMP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management and Business Applications.
• Improve security posture of enterprise applications, integrations, and data access.
• Participate in policy development within IT management systems such as JAMF, inTune.
• Analyze and harden applications, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes.
• Draft security standards with Corp IT, monitor, alert, and govern.
• Review application security requests to enforce standards.
• Support the SOC in threat analysis and remediation.
• Collaborate to deploy AI security tools and monitoring.
• Leverage AI tools to boost team performance and efficiency.
