Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Enterprise Security services function. You will design and implement security standards across Identity (Okta), Endpoint, Secrets Management, and Business Applications to strengthen the security posture of Rubrik's SaaS and enterprise applications.

You will partner with IT and governance teams to enforce monitoring, compliance, and risk remediation while supporting AI tool adoption and secure agent deployments in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Hands-on enterprise security experience across Windows, Mac, Okta, and cloud.
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP.
• Programming experience in PowerShell, Python, Go or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management, and Business Applications.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise applications and data.
• Manage security policies within IT systems like JAMF and inTune.
• Monitor and harden deployment processes and CI/CD workflows.
