Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Security services, driving security standards across identity, endpoints, secrets, and business apps. You will partner with IT and governance teams to raise the security posture of Rubrik’s SaaS and data environments.

You will coordinate with Corp IT and security stakeholders to monitor, enforce policies, drive remediation of vulnerabilities, and advance threat detection capabilities. Strong leadership and cloud security expertise are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience.
Hands-on enterprise security administration across Windows, Mac, Okta, and cloud infrastructure.
Broad knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and exploits in end-user and IT apps.
Subject matter expert in business apps, endpoint and identity management.
Deep understanding of endpoint systems and corporate networking including Wi-Fi.
Programming experience in PowerShell, Python, Go or Java.
Experience deploying and securing enterprise apps and environments at scale.
Security and admin expertise in at least one major public cloud provider (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Understanding of corporate security maturity model frameworks and how to apply them.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards such as SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP.

Responsibilities

Design and implement security standards across Identity (Okta), Endpoint (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Secrets Management (Vault, LastPass) and Business Applications (Salesforce, Glean).
Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise applications and data access.
Develop and manage security policies in IT systems (JAMF, Intune).
Harden applications, infrastructure, and deployment processes (CircleCI, GitHub, Tines, Zapier).
Collaborate with Corp IT, governance, and stakeholders to monitor, alert, and govern security.
Review and approve application security reviews to ensure secure apps for Rubrik and employees.
Support SOC in analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and residual risk.
Work with Vulnerability Management and Threat Operations to drive remediation of critical vulnerabilities and IOC detection.
Monitor and manage EDR policies.
Deploy AI security technologies and enable AI usage securely.
Leverage AI tools to improve team performance and enterprise security capabilities.
