Job summary

Robinhood's Enterprise Security team seeks a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to manage the security control plane for user-facing tooling and drive automation across AI safety initiatives. Based in Menlo Park or Bellevue, you will join a lean, high-impact team with visibility and room to shape Robinhood's AI security posture.

You'll build, secure, and automate security tools, while collaborating with Security Ops, GRC, Legal, and IT teams to maintain strong security across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in information security, combining security engineering with enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience managing/securing modern identity systems (e.g., Okta) or equivalent security+systems blend.
• Exposure to AI tools and agent workflows (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, or API integrations).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and modern software development processes.
• Broad security generalist skills including device compliance, vulnerability management, and policy enforcement.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive automation and initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise security tools powering key user-facing security flows.
• Secure AI interactions by designing safety guardrails and integrating agentic tools.
• Automate evidence gathering for GRC and regulatory audits.
• Support vulnerability management and ensure resilience of core systems.
• Address evolving security challenges such as APTs and executive digital footprints.
• Collaborate across Security Operations, GRC, Legal, and IT engineering for a high-trust security environment.
