Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Senior Applications Engineer for Corporate Systems to manage identity, devices, and cloud infrastructure. You will build automation and tooling to streamline lifecycle management and improve engineering workflows, collaborating across Security, IT, and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on system management, code review, and documentation, with an expectation of applying AI-assisted tools to boost development efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems, site reliability, or related engineer roles.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS/Windows devices with modern endpoint tools.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Gemini.
• Experience coding/scripting in Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint devices, identity systems, Okta, Google Cloud, and Google Workspace to keep operations secure.
• Design and build tools to improve system functionality and efficiency based on internal requirements.
• Develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Support engineering teams by troubleshooting system issues and escalations.
• Review code, document clearly, and follow established engineering practices.
