Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to join the Enterprise Security team. You will operate at the center of our security infrastructure, building and securing tools used across the organization, with a focus on AI safety, identity platforms, and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate GRC processes, improve resilience, and drive automation initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of information security combining security engineering, IT systems administration, and enterprise infrastructure.
Experience with modern identity systems (Okta) and security engineering; two related roles on the team.
Exposure to AI tools and agent workflows, and cloud experience with GCP.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise security tools powering user-facing security flows (endpoint, login, telemetry).
Design safety guardrails for AI interactions and integrate agent tools into enterprise workflows.
Automate evidence gathering for governance, risk and compliance audits.
Support vulnerability management and maintain uptime across core systems.
Tackle enterprise security challenges like protecting against APTs and securing executives' digital footprint.
Collaborate across Security Operations, GRC, Legal, and IT engineering for a high-trust environment.
