Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer on our Corporate Systems team. You will operate at the center of our enterprise security infrastructure, maintaining the control plane for user-facing security tooling and building innovative solutions to keep our employees and platform secure.

In this role, you will combine security engineering, systems administration, and hands-on AI agent development to drive key automation and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security with security engineering and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with identity platforms (e.g., Okta) or blending security engineering with systems/infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI tools and agent workflows (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, etc.).
• Cloud experience (Google Cloud Platform) and modern software development practices.
• Broad security generalist skills: policy enforcement, vulnerability management, device compliance.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive automation independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise security tools powering key user-facing security flows.
• Secure AI interactions by designing safety guardrails and integrating agentic tools.
• Automate evidence gathering for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and audits.
• Support vulnerability management and maintain uptime across core systems.
• Tackle evolving security challenges, including defending against APTs and protecting executives' digital footprint.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, GRC, Legal, and IT engineering teams.
