Robinhood is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to join the Enterprise Security team. You will operate at the center of our security infrastructure, building tooling to secure AI interactions and enterprise workflows with a hands-on, builder mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in information security, combining security engineering, IT systems administration, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with modern identity systems (e.g., Okta) or a broader security+systems generalist background.
• Exposure to AI tools and agent workflows and cloud environments (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise security tools powering user-facing security flows, including endpoint security and authentication.
• Design safety guardrails for AI interactions and integrate agentic tools into enterprise workflows.
• Automate evidence gathering for GRC and audits.
• Support vulnerability management and maintain operational resilience of core systems.
• Address evolving security challenges and protect executive digital footprints.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, GRC, Legal, and IT to maintain a high-trust security environment.
