Verkada Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate for Enterprise in New York City.

You will partner with Enterprise sales leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimize the sales motion, and manage performance across a 100+ person business. You will build analytical reports, own cross-functional projects, and translate insights into scalable processes that boost bookings while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, sales ops, or related roles.
• Experience in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or startups preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to develop strategies and tactics.
• Manage P&L planning for 100+ person Enterprise business.
• Identify sales motion pain points and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reporting and analyses to guide sales decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain, finance to drive value.
