Verkada in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Senior Associate in Pricing & Commercial Operations to help shape pricing strategy and execution across products and geographies. You’ll partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and Product to build scalable deal desks and processes that accelerate revenue while protecting margins.

You’ll analyze deals, monitor discounts, and drive revenue initiatives while collaborating with executives on strategic initiatives. This role offers high visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a business oriented function.
• Strong quantitative capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product and Executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue vs. margin goals across products, channels, segments, and geographies.
• Develop scalable deal processes to manage a range of deals from multi-million to small/mid-size.
• Ensure global sales teams can move quickly and tailor solutions.
• Review discount requests and analyze competitive dynamics to maximize gross margin.
• Grow total revenue by monitoring sales incentive programs.
• Lead independent projects to identify revenue/margin opportunities and scale them.
