Verkada is seeking a Division Lead for Sales Strategy and Operations in San Mateo. You will partner with sales leadership to shape strategy, optimize workflows, and build analytics that drive bookings and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

This role demands strong Excel/SQL/BI skills and the ability to align sales with marketing, product, and finance. With 3+ years in related fields and a proven ability to manage onsite, cross-functional initiatives, you will elevate how our sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or startup.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top school preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CA.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies and tactics.
• Identify pain points in the sales motion and improve workflows.
• Build analytical tools to help the sales team understand their business.
• Bridge between sales and other departments (marketing, product, ops, finance).
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations.
