Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations Partner to serve as the dedicated operations partner for the AMER Expansion business. You will work with AMER Expansion Sales leadership to diagnose performance, identify friction, and drive resolution across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT and Finance.

This is a hands-on role that demands detail orientation and a clear point of view to move work forward.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related role.
• Experience partnering with Sales leaders in an embedded, field-facing capacity.
• Understanding of enterprise sales, expansion, or other complex sales motions.
• Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to diagnose issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales/operational tooling; data-informed decision making.
• Ability to influence across Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Field Partnership & Problem Solving: understand sales process, gaps, friction points, and drive toward solutions.
• Operations Execution & Alignment: own issues through resolution and run the operating rhythms across teams.
• Business Planning & Insight: contribute to annual planning, segmentation, coverage, and policy development.
• Translate insights into leadership-ready narratives and actionable recommendations.
