Job summary

Philips is seeking an Executive Sales Leader for Diagnostic Imaging to oversee strategic accounts across the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on building executive relationships, guiding multi-line sales efforts, and driving revenue growth through large, complex deals.

As a field-based leader, you will manage field VPs and account teams, craft strategic account plans, and ensure cross-functional coordination to deliver value to hospital systems and IDNs. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Diagnostic imaging industry experience with deep product knowledge.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CRM, Sales/Business Development, Service Delivery Management, Finance or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a field-based role.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end relationships with Strategic Accounts and drive long-term satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets across the portfolio within specified Key Accounts.
• Lead field VPs and teams to present all lines of business and close multi-level contracts.
• Downward communication of company goals and policies to the sales team.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans at group (IDN) and account (Hospital) levels.
• Collaborate with cross-divisional leadership to ensure optimal service and communications.
