Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive (SF/Bay Area) to help enterprise customers adopt identity security and AI-enabled workflows. This field-based role requires regular customer engagement, travel as needed, and a proven ability to close multi-product deals with executive stakeholders.

You will develop strategic plans, build trusted relationships with CISOs/CIOs, and guide complex negotiations with cross-functional teams to drive broader 1Password Unified Access adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to large organizations and high-growth companies (500+ employees).
• Proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
• Experience selling enterprise platforms, cybersecurity solutions, or IAM-related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and territory plans across a focused portfolio of customers.
• Create executive relationships and identify opportunities across identity security, AI, SaaS governance, and device security.
• Lead customer conversations from urgent access or credential challenges to a broader Unified Access strategy.
• Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, and legal.
