Job summary

1Password LLC is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to own a focused US territory, primarily based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will build executive relationships with Fortune 1000 customers, lead complex, multi‑product platform opportunities, and expand strategic footprints across our enterprise security portfolio.

You will drive an enterprise security conversation, coordinate with IAM and DevOps teams, and navigate 4–6 month cycles to achieve and exceed ambitious quotas.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies with 500+ employees.
• Track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing multi‑product opportunities.
• Historically successful in enterprise platforms and complex deals, not single‑product transactions.
• Experience engaging CISOs, CIOs, IT/security leaders and other executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and territory plans for a focused portfolio.
• Build executive relationships to accelerate access and credibility for platform deals.
• Lead 4–6 month sales cycles with security, IAM, DevOps, and finance stakeholders.
• Sell the full platform story across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, and other modules.
• Collaborate with sales engineering, channels, and customer success to drive adoption and expansion.
