LJA, an employee-owned engineering consultancy, invites you to join as Enterprise Risk & Insurance Manager to protect the firm’s balance sheet and reputation. You will partner with executive leadership, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sector leadership, and project teams to ensure appropriate coverage, respond to claims, and embed risk-aware practices across our multi-office organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, insurance, business, finance, accounting, engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Professional designation such as CPCU, ARM, CRM, CIC, CRIS, RPLU, AIC, or equivalent preferred.
• Active property and casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain after employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal ownership of LJA's enterprise insurance program (various coverages).
• Manage policies, endorsements, certificates, coverage schedules, and exposure data.
