Job summary

You will drive risk assessment methodologies, insurance strategy, and predictive insights, leveraging data to strengthen resilience and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise or project risk within construction or capital-intensive industries.
• Experience advising senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of enterprise and project risk frameworks integrated into decision-making.
• Advise executives on pursuits, contracts, and risk-sharing structures.
• Partner with Operating Companies across the project lifecycle with independent review.
• Oversee risk assessments, scenario analysis, and mitigation modeling.
• Represent risk in governance forums and surface emerging risks and trends.
• Lead annual insurance renewal and risk financing strategy development.
• Develop enterprise risk intelligence from claims data and industry insights.
• Enhance tools, dashboards, and forecasting models for risk insights.
• Mentor Risk Analyst and strengthen risk culture with stakeholders.
