Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead high-level client relationships and strategic advisory for its Commercial Lines Real Estate clients. You will drive multi-line risk management, engage in complex program design, and oversee end-to-end delivery of client initiatives.

The role requires advanced insurance expertise, executive-level communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments to grow a diverse book of business.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required; strong track record with large accounts.
• Advanced understanding of coverage structures and contractual risk transfer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level client relationships and strategic advisory with multi-line needs.
• Conduct quarterly business strategy meetings, KPI reviews, and risk analyses.
• Deliver de-risking strategies, coverage gap analyses, and program benchmarking.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Total Client Experience across accounts.
