The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior risk roles, with a proven ability to transform risk practices using data, technology, and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior risk management roles with transformative leadership.
• 5+ years in senior level roles with track record of leading change.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a proactive risk management framework across the organization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks.
• Manage Risk Committees and deliver formal risk reports to the Board.
• Develop and mentor enterprise risk leads and cross-functional teams.
• Advise on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and strategic decisions.
