SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead the company’s risk program across ERM, insurance, surety, and alternative financing.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Board leadership to embed risk oversight into project delivery and strategic initiatives. This fully remote role requires deep expertise in risk governance and executive-level communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management within EPC/industrial construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience managing large-scale insurance and risk financing programs.
• Experience with captive/self-insurance and large deductible programs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on enterprise, operational, financial, contractual, and emerging risks.
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk assessments, risk registers, and KRIs.
• Lead annual insurance renewals and long-term strategy development.
• Oversee alternative risk financing programs, including captives and self-insurance.
• Mentor and develop the risk management team and promote a proactive risk culture.
