You will partner with executive leadership, Legal, Finance, and Operations to safeguard the firm’s balance sheet, reputation, and employee‑owners through disciplined program oversight and proactive loss prevention.

The role emphasizes collaboration across multi‑office teams, data‑driven decisions, and ongoing risk management improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, insurance, business, finance, accounting, engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional insurance or risk designation such as CPCU, ARM, CRM, CIC, CRIS, RPLU, AIC, or equivalent preferred.
• Active property and casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain after employment if requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal ownership of enterprise insurance program across multiple lines and ensure records are complete.
• Manage policies, endorsements, certificates, coverage schedules, and data such as exposure and premiums.
• Oversee claims identification, investigation, tracking, and resolution with Legal, HR, Safety and brokers.
• Lead insurance renewal process, market submissions, and broker/carrier relationships to add value.
