Qualifications

7+ years leading enterprise software implementation projects.
5+ years managing multi-project programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/SAFe certifications.
PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead large, enterprise-scale software implementation and transformation projects from initiation through delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and overall financial performance.
Establish project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication plans.
Serve as primary point of contact for executive client stakeholders and project leadership.
Mentor project managers and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
