CDM Smith seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise project controls across a broad portfolio of design-build projects for municipal, industrial, and federal clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience preferred.
• PMP or PgM certification required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
• Establish controls for integrated delivery models from planning through closeout.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management processes.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights for margin, cash flow, and delivery risk.
• Lead modernization of platforms, data workflows, and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Establish scalable document management and control standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve project outcomes.
• Build and mentor a distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals.
