Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance across regions.
• Establish controls for integrated delivery models (design-build, CMAR, etc.).
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for portfolio performance and risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms and automation.
• Oversee document controls and data quality across projects.
