Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of project controls for large, complex portfolios.
• Experience with integrated delivery models and connecting design to cost/schedule.
• Proven record of leading digital/delivery transformation.
• Deep knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, EVM, risk and document controls.
• Strong business and financial acumen for executive decisions.
• Ability to influence a large, matrixed organization.
• Proven talent development and high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other integrated delivery.
• Strengthen budgeting, EVM, forecasting, variance analysis, and scheduling.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights on margin, cash flow, and risk.
• Lead modernization of controls platforms and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Maintain scalable information and document controls standards.
• Collaborate with executives and delivery teams to improve outcomes.
• Build and mentor a distributed team of schedulers and cost controllers.
