Job summary

Pearson is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts. You will be a trusted adviser to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets, driving retention, expansion, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships and driving ROI.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention, and financial growth.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer adoption metrics.
