Pearson is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets, driving retention, expansion, and long-term success.

Qualifications

Must have 7+ years in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, consulting, or related roles.
Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision-makers.
Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention, and financial growth.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely program delivery.
Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
