Job summary

BD, a leading medical technology company, is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to oversee multiple BD MMS implementation programs nationwide. The role leads cross-functional teams from PMO, consulting, installation, and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.

The position is home-based with daily activity and 25–50% overnight regional travel. Candidates must reside near a major airport in the U.S. and have 5+ years in healthcare/software deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred, PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare, software, and/or device implementation/deployment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, be detail oriented, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic direction and provides support to solution deployment and service teams.
• Acts as central point of contact for strategic challenges; applies problem-solving approaches.
• Demonstrates expertise in project management methodologies and clinical/operational workflows.
• Owns program leadership meetings and reports progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyzes work effort across projects to drive efficiencies and resource planning.
• Owns customer issue resolution and coordinates with BD SMEs for timely solutions.
• Delivers deployment roadmaps and coordinates with Product Platform teams.
• Partners with sales to support opportunity curation and customer satisfaction.
