Job summary

BD is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead multiple BD MMS implementation projects nationwide. You will partner with BD and customer leadership to drive strategy, governance, and a high-quality deployment experience across complex accounts.

This home-based role requires strong program management skills, healthcare and software deployment experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel regionally up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with health care, software and/or device implementation/deployment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, be detail oriented and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic direction of BD and provides support to solution deployment and service teams.
• Acts as central point of contact for strategic and critical challenges; applies problem-solving methods.
• Owns internal and customer program leadership and prepares progress reports and reviews.
• Develops and reports regular program performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
