Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Deployment Specialist I to install Medication Management Solution products and ensure customer success through clinical and technical proficiency. You will build and set up hardware/software, train stakeholders, go live, and follow BD methodologies while solving problems and managing escalations.

This home-based role requires daily travel to local customers and some overnight travel; a valid driver’s license and immunization requirements

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 1+ year relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to self-manage.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel.
• Immunizations and credentialing requirements for customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install BD Solution hardware and software at customer sites.
• Build, set up hardware/software and train customer stakeholders.
• Go Live activities and adherence to BD methodologies.
• Provide troubleshooting and system consultation for clients.
• Manage project escalations for favorable outcomes.
• Complete internal and project documentation.
