BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking an Enterprise Program Manager for BD MMS Solutions deployments. The role involves leading multiple concurrent implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences across BD MMS platforms.

The position is home-based with travel up to 25–50% and requires near a major airport in the U.S. for regional travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred, PMP certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with health care, software and/or device implementation/deployment.
• Proficient in CRM/Business System software and other relevant tools.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Immunizations required for access to customer sites; vaccination against COVID-19 may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports strategic direction of BD and provides support to the solution deployment & service teams.
• Acts as central point of contact for strategic & critical challenges; applies problem-solving and decision-making approaches.
• Demonstrates expertise in project management methodologies and clinical/technical workflows.
• Owns internal and customer program leadership; conducts progress reviews and reports.
• Analyzes work effort and resources across projects to drive efficiencies.
• Owns customer issue resolution; partners with BD SMEs and stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Manages Field Action communications and escalation procedures.
• Develops and reports regular program performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Cultivates relationships with BD and customer stakeholders; supports opportunity curation.
