BD is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead multiple BD MMS deployment projects across the U.S. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management of complex implementations, ensuring high-quality experiences for customers.

The position is home-based with travel up to 25-50% and requires living near a major airport in the U.S. A bachelor’s degree is required, MBA/PMP preferred, and 5+ years in healthcare/software deployment is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred, PMP certification preferred
• At least 5 years of experience with health care, software and/or device implementation/deployment
• Possesses excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily lead and adapt to change
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client challenges and propose effective solutions
• Ability to manage multiple customers, be detail oriented, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Aufgaben

• Supports strategic direction of BD and provides support to the solution deployment & service teams
• Acts as the central point of contact for strategic & critical challenges, applying experience in problem-solving and decision-making approaches
• Demonstrates expertise of project management methodologies and relevant clinical and technical operational workflows
• Owns internal and customer program leadership and operational meetings; leads Customer Value Reviews and conducts program progress report outs
• Analyzes work effort and resources required across multiple projects to drive operational and implementation efficiencies
• Owns customer issue resolution, partnering with BD SMEs and key stakeholders to deliver timely resolution.
